Yes, you can post your job for free. We offer a free job posting option, giving you access to a large pool of talent.

You can post one job for free. For additional job postings, we offer affordable plans to suit your needs.

Payments are made securely through our platform. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, depending on your location and payment preferences.

You will be charged as soon as you post a job and hire a freelancer. Charges are processed at the time of the contract agreement.

Build your profile

Your profile may have been set to private for security reasons or due to incomplete information. You can easily adjust your settings to make your profile public.

You can keep your profile public by ensuring all necessary details are filled in and adjusting your privacy settings in the profile section of your account.

Yes, new freelancers are required to complete their profiles before it is made public. Once complete, you can set your profile visibility to public.

If you’re part of an agency, you can link your profile to the agency account. This allows you to work on projects under your agency’s umbrella while maintaining your individual profile.

Freelancers who demonstrate exceptional skills, complete projects on time, and receive positive reviews may qualify for a “Top Talent” badge. The badge is an indicator of trust and expertise.

Find a Project

The number of Connects required to submit a proposal is visible on each job listing. This allows you to know how many Connects you need before you can apply.

Yes, you can buy as many Connects as you need to submit proposals for jobs.

You can purchase up to 100 Connects at a time, but feel free to buy as many smaller bundles as needed.

Start Working

Yes, you can edit or withdraw changes before a contract is finalized. Once the contract is in progress, you’ll need the client’s approval for changes.

Milestones can be adjusted, but any change requires mutual consent between you and your client. Both parties must approve any modifications to the project scope or payment terms.

If a client does not respond to a request, you can send a follow-up message. If there’s still no response after a reasonable time, we recommend escalating the issue to our support team.

Payment Issues

Receipts are available in your account settings under the payment section. You can download them for your records.

Yes, you can request an invoice with your company’s billing details by contacting our support team or through your payment settings.
